Sienna Opens New Luxe Neighborhood

There’s a lot to love about Sienna’s newest enclave, Emerald Forest, now selling with dozens of homesites available.

Emerald Forest is tucked into the Village of Sienna Oaks, near the new Alyssa Ferguson Elementary School opening in August. The future Sienna Oaks Lake will along one edge of the neighborhood and a greenway along its western border, and the planned Sienna Oaks Recreation Center will be within walking distance of many homes.

And talking about the homes! Four esteemed builders are selling in Emerald Forest’s first phase, with homes priced from the upper $600,000s to more than $1 million. David Weekley Homes is offering one- and two-story homes designed for 65-foot homesites in Emerald Forest. These highly amenitized homes range from 2,564 to 4,537 square feet. Three- and four-car garages are offered standard or as an option on all plans, and four designs have five bedrooms as standard, with several others offering a fifth bedroom as an option.

Shea Homes also offers homes designed for 65-foot homesites. Buyers can select from eight designs that offer 2,651 to 3,868 square feet. A variety of options allow buyers to customize their homes with up to six bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Several options also are offered for outdoor living areas, as well as the primary shower, the addition of closets and more.

Building on larger, 70-foot homesites in Emerald Forest are J. Patrick Homes and Toll Brothers. J. Patrick has selected 15 floor plans for Emerald Forest, including one-story designs that offer up to 3,530 square feet. Two-story plans range up to 4,596 square feet. Up to five bedrooms are available in some plans, as well as six full baths. All plans have either a three- or four-car garage as standard, with the option on several to add a flex room in exchange for the extra garage bay.

Toll Brothers is also offering large homes in Emerald Forest, with six designs ranging from 3,520 to 4,376 square feet. All six plans have at least four bedrooms, with five bedrooms available on five of the designs and an option for a sixth bedroom on one floor plan. Other choice features available include a home office, first-floor media room, spacious laundry rooms and ample storage. All of the designs boast three-car garages, and four have the option to add a fourth bay.
