Technology services are provided via an advanced underground hybrid fiber-optic/ coaxial cable distribution system. This system connects Sienna Plantation to the world-wide communications network.

All homes in Sienna Plantation are wired with advanced home wiring systems for telephone and cable. Category 5 telephone (LAN) wiring and RG-6 quad-shielded coaxial cable is used. The structured, low-voltage in-home wiring system is capable of receiving up to four separate phone lines per telephone outlet.
