Sienna Plantation Residential Association has instituted Certificate of Compliance procedures on all new home and re-sales in Sienna. These procedures are identical to those in place in First Colony. They are designed to assure each buyer in Sienna that the home they are purchasing complies with all deed restrictions and they will have no unpleasant surprises after they move in.
